Shipping Policy

1. General

Subject to the availability of stock, we strive to maintain accurate counts on our website. However, there may be occasional stock level discrepancies that may prevent us from fulfilling all your purchased items. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and promptly communicate with you regarding whether you would like to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or if you prefer a refund to be processed.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout, taking into account the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. The customer will be charged for shipping along with their purchase.

This amount represents the final cost of shipping.

3. Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

NudgeV is pleased to accept returns for change of mind, provided that a return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item. The returned items should be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and arranging their shipment.

Please note that while NudgeV will refund the value of the returned goods, any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically:

Typically, domestic shipments have a transit time of 2 – 7 days.

4.2 Transit time Internationally:

In general, orders shipped internationally have a transit time of 4 – 22 days. However, the exact duration depends on your destination.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after receipt of the order unless there are special circumstances, which will be noted on the Product page(s). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been received.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Please Note: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping address it will be processed as a return and a refund issued. We’re sorry, but shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for you to track your package.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you discover that a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel from the courier and promptly contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please get in touch with our customer service for further instructions.

7. Duties

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

The responsibility for paying international import taxes upon receipt of the order lies with the customer. International orders are subject to local taxes, which must be paid upon receipt and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please be aware that some countries may have tax-free thresholds.

If you choose not to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refunds and return policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
